Following retirement after 31 years policing experience providing strong leadership at the highest levels of UK policing I am pleased to be able to offer to you a new service delivering tailored and personal leadership development services for individuals and teams in both the public and private sectors.  Leadership training and development has always been my key interest throughout my policing career having developed new and innovative leadership models to police services and provided coaching and mentoring services to many senior leaders within those organisations.

Most people will state that their people are the greatest assets of their organisations, I disagree. The best performing and most dynamic people are your best asset and as such deserve investment in their development to allow them to be the best that they can possibly be. I have a proven track record in coaching and mentoring key leaders to further success.
