I have successfully delivered multi-million pound programmes through structured and sensible programme management. I was responsible for ensuring the security and safety of the London 2012 Olympics and Paralympics through designing the security programme and building the Olympic Security Directorate encompassing 24 separate agencies and partners. I am a consummate stakeholder manager with strengths in partnership working at a statutory, voluntary and community level. I am also skilled in budget management, people management, diversity/inclusion and analysis.
